Since 2005, when Bill Keith and I taught the first banjo workshop in Frisco, North Carolina, we have been conducting workshops and camps on the outer banks of North Carolina twice a year.  The workshops have moved to, or near, the Outer Banks Music Showcase Theatre in historic Kitty Hawk, North Carolina where quality, family style entertainment can be seen most of the year.

Musical guests and teacher the likes of Bill Evans, Megan Lynch, Bill Keith, Sierra Hull and Ron Block have all helped make these camps well worth planning your valuable time off around.

The spring, 2009 camp was the most fun I have ever had when teaching banjo.  We think you will agree that what you learn here, coupled with the new friends you will make and reunite with upon each revisit, are priceless.  The knowledge, ideas and new directions you will discover through our workshops will last a lifetime.

Thank you,

Richie Dotson
